We’ve accomplished so much together, and we’re thrilled to share and celebrate these milestones with you.
A Year of Growth and Achievement
In 2024, we welcomed six new team members, each bringing unique talents and energy to our growing ABLA family. Together, we launched 300 impactful projects, including several high-profile developments in the Phoenix area that we can’t wait to unveil.
Our work extended to some of the most exciting master-planned communities, with Radiance, Inspirada, and Summerlin earning spots among the RCLCO’s Top 50 Master-Planned Communities of 2024. Recognition like this underscores the passion and expertise our team pours into every project.
We also invested in our future, with six team members dedicating themselves to studying for licensure as Registered Landscape Architects—a testament to ABLA’s culture of growth and excellence.
Community and Collaboration
Giving back to the community has always been central to who we are. This year, our staff contributed an inspiring 278 volunteer hours to organizations like:

Child Crisis Center: ABLA team members donated 34 total meal boxes (20 family meals and 14 teen meals) during our annual Thanksgiving Meal Donation Drive and donated $1,475 in gift cards for our annual Holiday Gift Card Donation Drive

ASU: ABLA team members participated in the ASU/AZ ASLA Student Mentorship Program. Two ASU mentees joined ABLA as summer interns further developing their skills while gaining real-world experience.
