Located within Gilbert’s Cooley Station master-planned community, Album Cooley Station is an active adult community designed to balance connection, recreation and quiet moments outdoors. The entry carries forward Cooley Station’s train station-inspired character, using a prominent obelisk column to create a recognizable arrival and establish a strong sense of place.
At the heart of the community, the primary courtyard brings residents together around the pool, outdoor kitchen, yoga lawn and fireside gathering area. A secondary courtyard offers a quieter experience through intimate seating, garden spaces and casual recreation, while the dog park and pickleball court create additional opportunities to stay active and connected.
ABLA guided the landscape vision from initial design through Design Review Board approval, construction documentation, construction administration and closeout, carrying the community’s character from its first ideas through completion.
