The Villages at Tule Springs is a 2,074-acre master planned community in the City of North Las Vegas, Nevada. The community embodies a Las Vegas contemporary aesthetic by featuring elements of steel, stone, and stacked walls, complemented by angular lines and patterned landscape.
Village Three of The Villages at Tule Springs includes nearly 1,000 home sites from three separate leading homebuilders, an association park, a City of North Las Vegas police station, and a village walking trail which leads to a 35-acre regional City park. The regional park includes baseball fields, multi-purpose soccer fields with a centrally located restroom and concession building, lighted basketball courts, a playground with a 25’ tall net-climbing play structure, a splash pad, sand volleyball courts, plenty of turf for open play, as well as ramadas and a restroom building.
Village Four of the Villages at Tule Springs will feature a neighborhood park, located in the center of the Village, which includes a splash pad, tot lot, restroom, volleyball court, basketball court, pickle ball court, and a dog park with plenty of sun protection provided by ramadas, shade sails and tree canopies. A second neighborhood park will include exercise nodes, a walking trail, and a large turf area that abuts the Upper Las Vegas Wash Trail.
Future phases of The Villages at Tule Springs will border the Eglington Preserve, part of the 22,650-acre Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. Project development plans include parks, trailheads, and necessary parking which will provide convenient access to the monument.
