Jacaranda Place is an intimate gated community paying homage to the agricultural history of Chandler’s southern area. Its unique character blends rural and agrarian themes with a few hints of contemporary flare. The design concept is highlighted by the natural finish of colored masonry blocks, complemented by rustic metal elements on the walls and gates that will have a natural patina as they age. The landscape includes a variety of trees, shrubs, and thoughtful use of turf providing a window into the neighborhood at the project arrival. The internal open space connects residents actively with a centralized park area filled with shaded picnic tables and benches, an ornamental rose garden, and free-play structures such as the log beam, whirligig, and climbing boulders.
